In order to meet the needs of state and society for improving quality undergraduate education cultivating innovative talents, individualized training mode has gradually become direction higher reform. China, there is a long-standing situation that talent cultivation out touch with industrial demand. explore talents in new era, idea scientific research as feedback teaching established this paper.
